Hi,

For this one, calls are routed through a specific VDN let's say 10 for example to a virtual station and a coverage path, so every VDN report is displaying as outflowed.

Would there be any way to check if the call was finally answered?

Cheers,

Gav

What are you using to run the reports on the VDN?

But the only way to tell if the call was answered at the end point is to run a report on the end point, user CDR reporting or if it landing in a skill a skill report.
Or if you are using some sort of cradle to grave reporting system.

CDR was the one I needed, thanks very much for your help!
