Guys, help! i am new to this system. it so happended our company did not renew our maintenance contract. Now i am assigned and we have some changes on the area codes which is why we cannot make any external call. I got advised to change our dial plan or route pattern. I am in Saudi Arabia...anyone please? Maybe instructions manual could help, is there any download link?

Our equipment is AT&T Definity SD-66984-01 J58890H Software version G3V4i.08.0.084.2

Sounds like what you are saying is that you have "area codes" that you cannot call is that correct ? If so you need to make those changes under change ars ana that is where you enter new area codes into the system and pick route patterns for the call, you can also setup your area code on that form....

...bob...

hate to say it but this is difficult with an admin who is new to the system programming, maybe this is a good thing, now management may reconsider the maint contract

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

yes guys this is new to me, i can do few minor changes in the system but in this case, i don't know how...to be honest.
all area codes in Saudi Arabia has changed from (ex: 01 (Riyadh) becomes 011, 02 (Jeddah) becomes 012, 03 (Dammam) becomes 013, etc.) so I need to change the setup in the system right? if so, can anyone tell me the command?

Sounds like your going to have some fun with this, If you read my first post ? I said " change ars ana" there you will need to change your ac to 3 digits and then all the others also...since everything was all ready like 01 and now changes to 011 shouldn't be too bad..just remember at the top of the form to change your local AC...this is assuming you do indeed have a G3V4 as you stated.

Good luck..
