How to automate tedious point/click/point/click......

I regularly write many,many folders to CD-Rom.
It is not only tedious to select them, but I tend to leave some out, or include some I dont mean to include.

Is it possible to write a .BAT or script to automate this process?

Would it not be easier and less complex, if possible, to put all these folders in one main folder? That would only require 1 point and click. The solution is out there.

A batch file or script could do this if the conditions are right. Are the filenames always the same? The same extension? Numerical names? You'll need to provide more information to get more help.
