Hi,

I received a new range of DID (VDN) that I need to configured rush. All of them are leading by 9 (934). When I try to add the VDN, it said it's not configured in the DialPlan. When I try to add them in the DialPlan I received “Entries for same leading digits cannot be longer than the AAR or ARS FAC”.

How i can bypass this, how I can configure the new range of VDN (DID) that start by 9?

9 is used by FAC to dial out.

thanks
Yan

If the DIDs come in on PRIs then you can use the incoming call handling treatment table for the trunk group to manipulate the digits and send the calls to VDNs that are numbered with a different leading digit. You can do something similar on SIP trunks too.

You also could ask for a different numbering for the new did's, most carroes will work with you on this.

Hi,

In dialplan analysis set
dialed string to 9 total length to 3 and call typr to ext
For dialing out with 9 set set
dialed string to 9 total length to 1 and call typr to fac
In feature-access codes set
Auto route selection (ARS) 9

I hope this will wokr, I is a long time since I worked on CM.
