How I can enable VPN 9621G and 9641 phones 1

To enable these phones have followed almost the same process as for the rest, I enable the option to group 876 (vpn) and the phone will search for a file 96x1Hupgrade.txt, then enable one 46xxsettings.txt that has defined the direction of the 96xx file see upgrade files received onscreen marking me the number 200 but I enabled VPN option.

Download 9.0 and copy the files for these phones on your for server and upgrade the phone only.
When they are done then go in to the menu and enable the VPN option.
From that release it is not disabled anymore.

I have downloaded the manager, I need to install? Sorry I have not installed the manager and I was checking the folder where you download the version 9.0 and did not find any files that I could work. Thanks for the support

This is much easier now as you do not need to enable it anymore.
As long as you do not upgrade your IPO you are save as that needs a license

Not very well understood, these phones will use them with a plant version 1.8.69 I will not have any problem? and also this method works also for phones 9621G? Thank you very much for the help.

They will work fine.
It is just a new release for these phones and being released with 9.0 but that does not matter.
It is for all 96x1 phones (9608,9611,9621 and 9641)

You can download the VPN enabled firmware independent of downloading rel9 Admin from the support pages, thus making them useful for use with other versions of IP Office software.

I have a problem, Release 9 files worked perfectly for me phones 9641G, 9621G but for not I enable VPN me if I'm the phone gives a 404 and looks for this file "96x1Supgrade" which is not among the list September file Manager, someone who has had a similar problem?

You have the phones in SIP mode.
Go in to the craft menu and set the SIG to H.323 and try again.
