How do you Reference a column in a list box other than the first one 1

Here is the reference point:

Forms![frmMainMenu]![List8]

I wish to put in a condition in a macro to reference Column 7 in List8

Forms![frmMainMenu]![List8] (column7)="None"

Any suggestions, it is easiest for me to macros as i do not know how to write code

Forms![frmMainMenu]![List8].Column(6)="None"

So lookup the Column property (highlight,hit F1). Column and Rows begin at 0, so column 7 is 6. Look at the examples.
