How do you get account codes to CDR on incoming calls?

I have a call accounting system and we can write account code to the CDR records on outbound calls with no problem. I haven't been able to find a way to tag an account code on to a call that is inbound to the system.
All of my inbound calls show 8888 for the inbound account code when I run a report.

The feature would be used to track calls to a specific case number in a Lawyer's office. Unfortunately we can only get it to work in one direction.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi,

Same here, according to the manuals you can only enter an accountcode before call setup. If you have found a way to enter account codes on incomming calls, please share! ;-)

If you have a specific phone number assigned for this particular case, then assign specific DNIS id via the provider. Assign that same DNIS code to a VDN or Extension.

This works with our set up. Best regards!
