How do I swap phone extensions?

Two employees want to switch cubes and I need to know how to swap their phones as well. Is there an easy solution?

can you give more info on what your tring to do.Do the sets have mail boxes?

go into programming and find set relocation.Set that to yes.Press rls to get of programming,move your phones one at a time.Go back into system pro. and turn off set relocation.
