How do I find the IPs on a set of MC-32 cards?

Hi all

I'm updating some documentation and attempting to match up some detail that's currently spread out.

I have 4x MC-32 cards installed. They're all displaying "ITG2". If I stat them under LD 32 then they all show their 32 channels as "(TRK) (IPTN REG)". Meanwhile I have documentation which states IPs for 4x "32 port VGMC" cards.

Can someone tell me how to match up the IPs I have with each respective card please? - i.e. can I pull up detail including the IP's through putty?

Thanks

Do you have access to Element Manager. You should see them there along with their respective MAC addressses

Thanks both! A step closer, but I'm still struggling a bit.

I should have been clearer - I can see which slots these cards are installed in and the separate documentation lists all 4 cards with their IPs. I'm trying to draw up a cabinet map, so I need to know which IP is in which location - e.g. 004 0 1 is IP xx.xx.xx.xx

AvayaHE - LD 117 stat serv is familiar actually. It does confirm the IPs, but doesn't seem to show the mac addresses as you say it should. Which is annoying, since the MACs are labelled on the cards - that would have been perfect! Here's what I see. The hostnames don't quite match my current documentation actually (2 here have the same hostname, daocs say "MG1_VGMC_" 1 to 4), but anyway...

KCFLHRC - I do have Element Manager, yes! Hadn't even thought to look there, I was so involved in digging around through putty. I've just had a look in EM though and can't see where I should go. I guess I'm looking for some reference to miran or media cards?

Thanks
Mike

You won't get the full picture via TTY just look in ele man all of the details as advised by KCFLHRC

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

YEP, EM will show you everything, ELAN, TLAN, MAC Address etc. TTY will only show you ELAN IP and card name. You need to look in the Node Properties under Media Cards

Great! Found it all under node in EM as you suggested (had the same advice from another engineer yesterday too). Thanks very much everyone.
