I removed some direct public lines from my BCM and moved them to a VOIP company so I can redirect them if my local internet goes down. The old public numbers are still listed as target lines in my Element Manager, and one of them is interfering with incoming calls from the former number when they are made from my internet phone provider TWC. I speculate that they never go out of TWC, so they hit my BCM and seem disconnected. If they come from anywhere else, my VOIP provider picks them up and redirects to a backline and it works.

How can I remove the target lines from Telephony/Lines/TRarget lines in my Element Manager?

From within the lines and Target lines section, just select any of the affected ones and delete the received digits or remove assigned extensions that are associated with it.

All the best
