This customer is going from a Magix to an IP Office and with the Magix the incoming calls rang the receptionist 3 or 4 times and then it went to an Auto Attendant. How can I duplicate this in VM Pro. Currently I have incoming calls direceted to a VM Module with Test Conditions that send calls to the reception hunt group during business hours and if it not answered it goes to the hunt groups VM. I would like incoming calls to ring this hunt group and if not answered to go to a Day Time Auto Attendant. I have been told it not possible but I find that very hard to belive? Any solutions?
