How can I move an extension to a new phone?

I lack knowledge about the software. We need to transfer an extension to a new phone, but there's no patch panel for the phone system. My understanding is limited to it being connected to the Totel Access 908E, and the software in use is Business Element Manager. I took over this system from the previous IT administrator. I reviewed the documentation, which includes the steps below, but the IP Sets tab wouldn’t launch. How can I proceed with this?

he Business Element Manager, go to Configuration > Resources > Telephony
Resources.
2 On the Modules panel, select IP Sets.
3 Select the IP Terminal Details tab.
4 Select the DN that you want to deregister and click the Deregister button.
5 Disconnect the network connection and the power connection from the telephone

I have the new phone plugged into the network too. How can I locate it based off a mac number and assign an extension to that?
