HMail Server Error

Hello,
8.1(43) Essential. Using HMail Server as a relay. IPO is 10.1.10.220, PC with HMail is 10.1.10.221. When I leave a test message, I watch in the HMail monitor and see that it tries to process. here is where everthing stops:

I've tried all of the forums but I don't fully understand the error.

So what is hMail relaying the message to?

550 Unknown user

This error message is issued if the SMTP client tries to deliver an email to a domain hosted by hMailServer but the recipient account cannot be found and no catch-all address has been specified for the recipient domain.

the hmail domain is supposed to be in a seperate domain. So if your corporate domain is xyz.com, the hmail should be hmail.xyz.com. You would send as voicemail@hmail.xyz.com, to user@xyz.com, and it would relay that message to the proper domain.
