HI Folks.
I haven't had very many of these, but recently I am seeing via DIS-SDSU on the RPHONE PEN's, that it is DEP seized in READY/DEP status. I look through my old humongous book of notes, and see instructions on using DISPS to correct this. Is this something I can should be able to do via AMO? Once I get to the correct place, I have a capture log I can roughly follow. But I am wondering if I need to run this from another tool inside rsca, or if I need to use a different login from my usual?

Try DEA-DSSU:DI,PEN,1-2-3-4; (I can never remember if it is dashes or commas until I do it.
Then do ACT-DSSU:AUL,PEN,1-2-3-4;

Sometimes a PITA station will clear better if you turn it up/down by PEN instead of STNO. AUL doesn't just do an activate, it also does a reload on the station settings.

DEP means dependability, but I'm more used to seeing DEF or DEFIL. TRS typically means the system doesn't see the phone connected.

Also, is this a new problem on a working phone, or is it a phone you just connected? Some of the old Rolmphones were really pi$$y about reverse polarity on the cross connect. Some of them would sound like a tractor and you would know it right away, and others would be more stealthy.
