I have a Hicom 300 with 3 PRI's that has about 3000 DID's but not sequiental. Some how a few years before me,, a few numbers were added that the facility does not own and are located at a local bank. So how do I remove these numbers from my PBX? I would appreciate any help.

Thanks
Jason

Hello!
DDI numbers you have configured on the cards E1.
Display the tdcsu and on the fields:
ISDNCC = national prefix
ISDNAC = local prefix
ISDNLC = local number
Last digits of the numbers should be extensions.

Eg. If You have extension with 3 digits (eg, AAA) and the provider numbers are XX YY ZZZZ then:

ISDNCC = XX
ISDNAC = YY
ISDNLC = ZZZZ

Extencion AAA

Are the non-DIDs defined as stations or hunt/ACD groups? I'd just change the numbers with CHA-SCSU (or the corresponding noun) Then delete them from the dial plan with DEL-DPLN so they can't be used in the future accidentally. You'd also want to change PUBSCR in the SCSU field to the new number so it would display accordingly on caller ID.

I don't understand the explaination preceding mine - it involves trunks and the command TDCSU is used on the 4000 PBX.

Thanks for the advise !!!

keyset6 ---> I was with you on deleting them from the dial plan. So I looked them up in the switch and found that they were reserved (not been made extensions either) and just went back and delete- dpln on the two numbers and now issue is resolved.

Thanks again,

Jason

Ups
I thought that you want to delete the settings for the ISDN DDI PRI
,and you wanted wyjasowas internal numbers ..
Sorry for mistake:)

You're welcome - glad to help. WCH - those parameters must apply to the 4000. I don't have much experience with that system.
