We've got a customer with this very old system.
On 2 analogue ports when you lift the receiver you hear "you've got a message"
We have tried to erase this message but this wasn't succesfull.

It's an 1.0 system so I cannot turn off notification on the analogue ports.

Does anyone know how to erase this message??

dial the message off (MBOFF) code from an analogue extension followed by the extension number with the 'youve got a message'

This is a parameter set in the system under message notification.

You will need to log onto the system with the programming tool to clear it?

To remove the notification on the local device you can try hash 68?
