HiCom 150 H

Hello

We have a HiCom 150 H that was formerly in an office of ours that has been closed down. We are considering using that equip in another office, howevee we know pretty much nothing about this system - other locations all have avaya definity.

Need to know if HiCom 150 H has ACD capabilites and other fancy bells and whistles that we are accustomed to from the avaya definity series? (and if anyone out there still supports it?)

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

The 150H is still a fairly current switch, and although its not supported by siemens (dependant on hardware revision) it's still supported by lots of resellers.

The HiCom has some ACD functionality, although not as comprehensive as what you'd be used to with a definity.

Aftermarket equipment such as Swan Solutions Callview can connect to the HiCom and give increased functionality.

Ah, may be a little problem there, the only switch maintainers of reputable stature I know would be about 6000 miles away, here in the U.K.
