Hicom 150 development password 2

Hello!

I have a Hicom 150 Office Com system. I can administer it with admin rights with login/password "31994" and with user rights with login/password "office". However, in the service manual they mention a third access level, development, but they never mention the password for it. I wonder if anybody knows this password since there seems to be parameters that can only be changed with development access. I use fixed passwords.
