Hi Folks,
I have an EXTN card which after I installed it in an Spare slot and activated all ports and installed and activate all channels with all EXTN numbers, I don`t have any dialing tone on any of these EXTN ports. Bellow I will detail everything I did in settings :

Can anybody give me an idea of what I missed, or did wrong in my settings ?

When give AEQ the answer is it`s already activated.

Can you swap cards with a known working one ?

I suspect a cable at the backplane

I already did it but result was the same, soI suspect the backplane card or the shelf bus more than anything else.
Unfortunately for me I dodn`t have direct access to any spare parts supplier, that`s why I resume myself just trying to guess the cause of all these than tofind a real remedy.

Mine is an DX-150E which doesn`t match at all with iSDX. I have an old iSDX/L inhere in standby just in case of spmething, so I already had this experience, believe me.
I need any of the following as spare parts :
P1 Control B backplane 1HBC50072
P1 Control A backplane 1HBC50071
P2 Telephony backplane 1HBC50016
P1 Telephony backplane 1HBC50010
EXTN interface card 1HAB50083AAK
EXTN filter card 1HAU50448
Ribbon cables for IMC card - both for data and addresses connectors, EXTN card too.
Any of these would be very useful for me in my work here.

More than sure you will not find any of these cards on iSDX/L, because as I already told you, I have one inhere on my site and nothing match with the DX-150E which is a Dual Processor type.

A DX-150E has 1 shelf and 14 slots, from your previous posts it looks like to have a "HiPath DX" which is the module/stack based system.

Looking at the cabinet map in your previous post, slot 0422 seems to have been missed out which is slightly suspicious. Possibly never worked from day one. Have a look at the P2 Telephony backplane 1HBC50016 where the pins connect to the analogue extension card. Check to see if any of the pins are bent and the card is seating correctly.

Wiring and Filter -
Filter should be a 1HAM 50049 AAG (Analogue terminal filter card) which is different to a DX-150E analogue filter!
Cable should be 871/1/10228 to MDF, or 1HAU 50448 *** to Extension (2-wire) patch pan
Use the cable and filter from slot 0421 to test with.

Also, the extension card should be set to single slot working and your programming looks OK.

Thanks buddy for your advice, but I already did everything you said earlier, beside all these my system is :
Siemens Real;itis HiPath DX-150E Dual procesor with 28 slots on each of the 4 shelves I have inhere.
For the moment I abandoned the search because I couldn`t find any spare parts for the P2 Telephony backplane 1HBC50016 and the only place I found it the price was to high and didn`t worth it. What I would be more imnterested in would be an entire extension shelf equiped with only 3cards, 2 shelf interface for CPU-A and CPU-B and an CEC card, with all the ribbon cables installed on the back of the backplane card, in case I would like to install any other cards in the spare slots. The only important thing would be to be a match to my existing PBX system, nothing else. If you can help me with these just let me a price and we can talk further about all these things in private, first by email and after on Whatsapp if you want it too.

In present I have 4 Shelf installed inhere and I think the best solution would be to install another extension Shelf.
