Hi all,
I'm having an issue with the Avaya CM R16.
I'm trying to add a bridged app on ext 6826. The appearance is ext 6706 and 6707. The system will not let me add these extensions. 6706 and 6707 are on digital ports with phones (6408). Ext 6826 is a 2420. Can someone have any ideas? I've done hundreds of times without any issues. Thanks

I just did it to a 2420 set so confused why yours didn't work, you are typing brdg-a then button 1 right?

Yes, typed it in properly and have done countless times. Hmmm

Do you see any error messages at the bottom of the window? Sometimes emulation might show messages not seen in GEDI.
