What do you mean stuck.

Are there other cards in the system and are they showing normal conditions.

I would power down and pull out the phone 8 card
Power up system to see it it works with out the card

If so then check the card to see if it has any burn marks on it.
If not either re insert it back into the system to see if it works now or replace it as it may be faulty.

1- take backup from your configuration if possible
2- remove the power plug from IPO and remove all cards from IPO chassis and all modules attached to IPO also
3- plug the power in IPO again and wait for 5 min
4- put your computer to be connected directly to IPO LAN port and open manager --> file --> check box on (enable BootP and TFTP server) and then press ok and DO NOT CLOSE THE MANAGER
4- press reset button and watch the led of SD card it will go orange --> flashing orange --> solid red then release the press on reset button
5- the IPO chassis will restart and try to make the bootP from your computer and you can see this from the bar down in the manager application (this step may take some time from 15 to 30 minutes so dont worry)
6- make ping on IPO default IP address 192.168.42.1 -t and wait
7- you IPO will run again and make sure that you can access it and all confiration is erased
8- shutdown the IPO and insert each card you have one by one which means insert first card and then plug in power and make sure the card is read well and no errors and then repeat this step with all cards or modules you have
9- restore the backup if you have

What goes around comes around!!

Sounds like it is in BASIC mode to me.

if IP500V2 simply recreate the SD Card & then configure correctly*

Something you history on this site suggests you do not know how to do. please follow the advise you have been given on numerous occasions & get some basic training on this product befor attempting to support it further.

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

As already stated:

1) remove all cards from system
2) recreate the SD card
3) try with only the SD card in system

This is very basic stuff you seem to be skipping.

*What do you mean you can't even open manager???

dear critchey

i did that , with only sd card and removed all other things but NO
i am unable to open manager with not LAN or WAN port it does not give me any ip in manager not 192.168.42.1.from LAN not 192.168.43.1 from WAN port like i attache the screen shot .. i attached, please review all and suggest

Thanks ALL for your Kind support specially ip guru ;)

Are you getting DHCP from the IPO to your laptop.

check your lan card on your laptop to see if you are getting an ip address from the IPO Lan / Wan port.

These are the default Address for the system.
set Manager to broadcast 255.255.255.255 and see if it picks up the system

Maybe they have been changed.
do you know what they are supposed to be..
look at your backup config and see what they have been set to.
Then set your laptop with an address in the same range.

I had a very similar situation happen to me this week. Went through all the typical recovery steps listed above. Still a no go. It turned out to be a corrupt config.cfg on the SD card. I didn't reformat the the SD, and that probably would have fixed it. What I did to fix it was to rename the last known good config and copy it to the SD. Poof... it was fixed.

And to answer the "can't get the IP" Connect the DTE and watch it boot. It will give you the IP address of both ports in a hex format.
If you watch the DTE boot it should also give you an idea where it is crashing.

Dermis and feline can be divorced by manifold methods.*

Well you are clearly opening manager you mean you can't see the control unit through manager. What IP address is your computer set to? Are you connected directly to the control unit or is it connected over the network? If over the network is their DHCP?

Again this is VERY basic stuff here... It sure seems like you need to hire someone trained and/or get training for yourself.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

static your laptop to 192.168.43.5 255.255.255.0 plug directly into wan port and enter 192.168.43.1 you should now be able to open manager
