Helped - locked out

ee_admin account is locked out in Unified Mgr - Config - System Admin & Mgmt -

system replies:

(login failed) Invalid Username/bad password/Locked out user acct

however, the same ee_acct & password work just fine on BRU and Maintenance.

Any idea on how to reset?

Can you access Vmail though a phone by using F981?, do you get a voice prompt?
 
Has the system been added to a domain recently?
 
Yes!! attempted to change the domain recently - tried to put it as OurInternalNetwork.local . It was incorrect previously and had .net.
 
Is there a way to get it back so I can get back in?

You can try to add an account of ee_admin with the appropriate password as a user on the domain controller. Log in with domainname\ee_admin as the username.

There is a way to undo it from a domain, but I don't recall the procedure at this point. It may be in the docs, but I don't recall which one.
 
The only way I know of to get rid of the domain is to go in though the serial port and do an initialization to set everything back to default except the passwords.
