Hi, i have CM-5.2.1 .I duplicate user profile 18 to 25 and create new user with profile 25. Then permit all to wm in category G and H (ch user-profile 25).
Values in ch system-parameters customer-options - DS1 MSP -Y;Proccesor and System MSP -Y;Station and Trunk MSP -Y .
Why i can't run busyout commands with profile 25 -?

how did you change your login to user-profile 25?
The following command shows user-profile for currently logged in users.
Command: status login

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"

bsh

I changed profile for new user via System Management Interface (dadmin).Security->Administrator accounts and change login. status login i can't run too when logged by new user.Under 18 profile i can do busyout trunk.

A user with user-profile 18 should be able to use "busyout"

Use ASA Advanced tab, Start Emulation to login to SAT Command: prompt

This command should work for all logins

Command: status login
Command: list user-profile

list user-profile show all profiles including my 25, but i can't see status login.

login to SAT with your prof18 login

with your prof25 login still logged in, run this command.

Command: status login
look for prof25 login

Command: export user-profiles

Export to /var/home/ftp/pub/cmprofiles.txt

This is a tab separated file with all user-profiles - you can import this into a spreadsheet and compare all user-profiles
for their attributes.

If you duplicate user-profile 18 and make user-profile 25, then do not change user-profile 25, a login with user-profile 25 would be able to busyout. Hopefully you are not using "dadmin" login and it is in user-profile 18, when it should be in user-profile 2.

Command: duplicate user-profile 18 to make user-profile 28
Command: change user-profile 28 change page 26 to mst G rm

Command: export user-profiles

Export to /var/home/ftp/pub/cmprofiles.txt
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This builds a file in linux that you can vi or look at and
compare all user-profiles to 18 and each other

You can change the name of the file to cmprofiles.csv or cmprofiles.xls to use
a spreadsheet to compare attributes side by side.

User-profiles have over 600 attributes that can be toggled

I tried but in cmprofiles.txt parameters only for my profile i.e. 25 and don't have profile 18 so i can't compare.Yes dadmin has a 2 profile.
In profile 25 mst G wm.It turn out profiles that i created manually and assigned my priveleged users don't permit busyout commands, but my user with natively profile 18 may run.

Try this:

duplicate user-profile 18 and create user-profile 28. This will make them identical.

change the login from user-profile 25 to user-profile 28. Have that user logoff, then login. It will work.
