So whenever we received a call from outside the telephone only ring twice then automatic stop the call, what is the possible cause ?

What type line input PBX do you have? Line maybe IP SIP, IP H323, E1, PRI, analog

Does the call from outside drop to ICD Group or single phone?

Only to single phone. we have this kx-dt543 telephone connected to pbx, if someone call from outside to our telephone we have the AA and they have choices to choose, Press the number if they know the person they are calling (extension number from 101 to 117). Press 1 if you are calling the corporation and after that the dial tone ring twice then the call will automatic disconnect

See at 2.System Timer Disa intercept, and 4.1.1 see timer intercept for KX-NT. May by FWD on KX-NT set?

not sure if there are wrong set of timer in disa

Change all timers intercept day - night from 10 to 40 seconds. Disconnect timer after intercept set 10 sec.

Thanks Mike it works! After changing the intercept day-night from 10 to 40 seconds the ringtone is continue to ringing now, but if I didn't pick up the call and the caller hang up the call the telephone still ringing like 15 seconds or 6 rings before it stops

The reason is that DISA can't recognize BusyTone on analog lines from your Telephony Provider.
Solutions are:
1) to try to reorder parameters of Cyclic Tone detection by DISA (see attach);
2) to ask your Telephony Provider about CPC service or Polarity Reverse service;
3) to buy a Busy Tone Detector that can recognize a BusyTone and send CPC-signal or Polarity Reverse;
4) to change you CO-lines from analog to digital coonection type (PRI, IP) with full signalling;
5) NOT to use DISA with analog lines;
6) just to fogret about it.

I will try those solutions. Thank you Ired
