Hello

I'm using avaya 103e19.

I need to change a ring tone on line 3 which is a fax line. Also, i need to make it quieter. can somebody help me.

The ring tone cannot be made different on a Partner II, nor can the ring volume be different between different lines.

However, you can turn the ring OFF for the fax line, since when it rings it should be only for the fax machine.

Feature 00
Left Intercom twice
Right Intercom once
dial the extension number you want to change
Press the lines to toggle from Immediate to Delayed to No ring

How hard can it be to do it for the 12 extensions you have on your system?

not hard at all, but it would be nicer if you can do it all at one.

Do one, then use #399 to copy from extension to extension.

#399 copies also restrictions , Auto Line select, allowed and disallowed lists and line appearance over so make sure when you copy you want them all identical in that perspective.
