I see that this issue has been posted on before, but I can't seem to use the same solution to fix mine.

We use the Partner Avaya phone system for our three-line office. When someone calls, it will ring, then go to voicemail, then start ringing again, then finally allow the caller to leave a voicemail.

I can hit feature, 00, Icom twice to get to system program, but from there, if I hit any number on the phone, it will just beep. Please help!

in system programming all the codes start with # then the 3 digit number

what do you actually want to do with the system?

Are the calls being answered by the Auto Attendant, or are they being answered by "Transferring to Receptionist"?

Hi, thank you for responding, and sorry it took me so long. You're right, it was the auto attendant, and I looked at your previous post on the topic and got that part figured out, but somehow I've now got the voicemails being left on the extension of another person in the office. How can I make sure that they are left on my extension?

I am on extension 10, and when voicemails were left before, they would show up as a red light on my phone. Now, they are showing up in a coworkers office, extension 11. How can I make sure that all voicemails are left on extension 10?

Have the incoming called covered by Ext. 10's mailbox instead of the Auto Attendant?

#206-7-(Line Number)-2 Not Assigned
#208-(Line Number)-10
#310-10-1 Assigned
#321-10-(1-9 for the number of rings before answering)
Put a Do Not Disturb button on Ext. 10 (Feature 01) and label as "Night Service" to make it answer immediately

you also might want to press Feature 0 0 and see in the display if you are still extension 10 or if someone unplugged and plugged in reversed.

Ah, thank you so much! It all works great now.

Thanks again
