Help WEIRD ONE Magix 4.0 no busy return on PRI

When customer dials a busy telephone number they get disconnect not a busy signal. This is a LD only PRI, no local calling. Any IDEAS??????????????

Well, you could print and post your PRI tables, but I would probably be talking to the VENDOR.

Sounds to me like a conflict between how the System is set up and how the Service is set up.

I know of nothing in the LEGEND/MAGIX end that would do this, but again, it could be a conflict.

Thanks for good answer, I did not think that Merlin would cause a problem. I have installed 100+ T1 (plain & PRI)and never had this trouble.
