I am currently unable to locate the licence key for my IP office 500v2 system or contact supplier.

Is there anybody that can help me with this or direct me in the right direction.

My SD number is: 1320351583

Thanks

No one but the reseller who sold you can do that, the Avaya licencing platform (PLDS) doesn't allow to see all the generated licenses, just the one sold and managed in the past, the End User is strictly assigned to the Reseller or Distributor

What happens if the reseller or distributor is no longer trading?

I see this is still an ADI licence key and hasn't been converted.

FYI it's not wise to publish the serial number it is possible for someone to steal the licences form this info.

Which will be completely useless without the matching SD card anyway.

Even some Avaya documentation and videos have visible license keys, but they don't work because they are generated against the SD card serial.

@ Shaun E

Actually, a devious partner could use the serial number to migrate the licences to PLDS. However, to be fair it would be stupid of them as is a breach of the partner agreement. Still if the person who published the serial was attempting to transfer the licences, then they could lose access to them. Just not worth the risk.

if the license is in the PLDS platfor you should ask a special authorization to Avaya known as "CAT" - Customer Authorization Tool
