Help...Restricted 8102s calling out.... 1

I have a Merlin Legend (actually a few) R3.0 v10.0 that the 8102 phones though outward restricted are using a multi flash hook and bypassing restrictions and making local and long distance calls on LS lines. Any assistance would be appreciated!

I had a customer whose employees found out the *03 XXXXXXX test number rather than switch hook flashes. The customer ended up having to cancel all analog lines and install a PRI. One of the employees said the test code was found on this website.

I would love to know how they are doing it at your company but at the same time it would be a shame to post it here.

Make sure they don't have access to bypass ARS by dialing the actual pool dial out code.

Change The System Admin Password. I sounds like the PW is default. You will need a laptop and SPM or WinSPM to change it. It must be the same legnth, earlier releases it would need to be 5 digits for newer releases it has to be 7
