The only thing I get is a slight click when I apply power. Both modules do not have a green light. Anyway to determine which module is bad?

206 module and processor module R2.0

Does anyone know where I can get these repaired or buy refurbised?

Thanks in advance

Anyway to determine which module is bad?

Remove the modules by taking off the 2 slot carrier then plug the line cord into each one. If both are 206's each should be able to operate on it's own. Even if one is a 206E the LED on it should illuminate even though it will not operate a phone.

OK I checked the power cord and it is giving power. I hooked up both 206 and both show no lights. I assume they are toast now. If I get new/refurbished ones should I replace the processor module? If I get new 206's should I upgrade the processor module?

Thanks for the help.

Replace any module that the green status LED does not illuminate when the power cord is plugged directly into the back of the module.

Personally, if money were no object, I'd suggest a system upgrade to a Partner ACS R7 to bring the telephone system up to date.

Short of that, you can find repaired/refurb 206 modules for sale from many reputable online dealers. If the existing configuration suits your needs, you could simply use the existing processor and replace the defective 206 modules.

Yeah it looks like the modules are dead. Does anyone know of a good place to buty refurb modules?
