and my problem is when the TALKSLOT ORIG is 30 I have one speech way.

Could anybody tell me what means 30 on "TALKSLOT ORIG 30" ?

replace the controller for 020 0, your call originated in that loop.. you will have talkslot 30 for each of your loops.

if your one way speech is not always in the same loop, i it on the same network? that would put it on the cni.. talkslots are a combination of cards, each with a step in the speech path.. if it's always 30 in that loop, it's almost got ot be that controller.. if it hits 30 in loop 20 1 then i would replace the network card 1st
