I have installed CCR and everything shows as working, the web clients work but I can't see any Hunt Groups or Agents?
The IPO is licenced and configured with CCR Groups & Agents.
I have done a re-install of the SQL Express and the CCR software and finally gave the IP500 a reboot last thing tonight but to no avail... but still hitting a brick wall.

Anybody got any ideas?
And does anybody ever get CCR to work first time??

When you log in as supervisor, do you have a group configured with agents in it ?

When setting up the Supervisors View's with the Admin Log-in I can't see the CCR groups under the Queues.

You must add them but i can not recall where right now
I will check tomorrow if you like ?

Thanks Tlpeter,
I know how to add them its just that I can't added them, because they don't show under the queue option when setting up the supervisor.
thats part my problem.

So you clicked the little arrow on the left and there are no groups at all ?

When you log in as Administrator and go to system settings, do all services show active ?

Also go to the supervisor setting and go to the view settings and verify that you have added the groups there

If you do not add them there then the supervisor does not see them !!!

Yes Ive clicked the arrow.

Yes when I log in as an administrator the IP500 shows as connected and all the services show as active.

When I create or modify an existing supervisor I am unable to add or even see any groups!

The server does also have Oak AI Office running on it, does anybody know of any other issues before I rebuild the CCR server for a 3rd time??

I would not install CCR on the same machine as where OAK is installed on
OAK uses a database too but i am not sure it uses the same
And i would not run two different databases on one server !

When you made the supervisor did you checked the queue's ?

Seems that I was barking up the wrong tree, CCR server is connected via LAN2 network!!!

CQ86962

CCR GA cannot show agent and group real time activity when connecting to IPO LAN 2. Works OK on LAN 1

1.1.1.2

PL_RELEASE_5.1

1-Not Required

I give you a star for figuring it out and then posting back to us.
