Hey Everyone,

We have 4 total locations (Site A, B, C, D) with an IP500V2 at each of them all running on release 7.0(23) Voicemail Pro is Centralized at the main location (Site A) which hasn't been fully implemented yet, the cut is coming in a few weeks. The sites are talking via the internet. The problems we are having is Packet Loss and Jitter. Two locations (Site B & C) have mainly packet loss, one location (Site D) has mainly jitter which is a fairly consistent daily issue in regards to 4-digit dialing across SCN as well as voicemail access across the SCN sounds choppy and what not. There is also another issue, the Dial by Name directory, when selecting 1 after hearing the person's name, the call drops - this feature is only at one location (Site C)not sure if its related. Any help in the right direction is very much appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

Get the network right before you try to solve any voicemail issues.
The connections between those sites must have QOS otherwise you will keep these issues.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

So you can tell that QOS is not at any of these locations...may I ask how to obtain QOS, and/or what is involved in implementing it? I am not all that familiar with QOS. Thanks tlpeter

You cannot do that, your provider must do that.
You do have dedicated connections for this do you?
