Hello, and thanks in advance for any help.
We bought an ip office system from a client that was moving to the cisco platform. It came with the dongle for the licences we were told it has. The problem is it didnt come with that spreadheet that has the 32digit codes on it. I called my normal avaya vendor and they said they cant get that info without a po and order number.
Am I out of luck? are licences not transferrable? I paid quite a bit for this system and am feeling like I got the short end of the stick.
From reading many other threads on this issue, I see that some say that it can be done. If there is anyone that can help me get that file I would be greatly appreciative. I will also pay for your services. I am in a bit of a time crunch because I am setting up a small helpdesk call center for a client with this system and my go live date is May 10th.
Thanks for the help -Andy
