i am useing manger 5.2

can some one please give me complete detail instrution on how to connect and load 3.2 on them .
i am very green when it comes to ip office . Please any help will be great

you will need to default them before you can connect via IP except if you have the IP address.
Read the FAQ about the DTE port defaulting and try it.

You could try to connect to the system and have the PC (or laptop) set to DHCP and hope that the unit is set to send out DHCP then you can broadcast to the system.

I could but i won't.
Go on course or call a certified business partner.

Let's say i come in to your office and tell you that i am going to change everything in your network and i am going to install another server in your network but i do not know how and i am going to ask you how to do it.

You have bought stuff that is "end of sale" for about 4 or 5 years already.

When you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

connect the units Lan1 to the pc with a cross cable run wireshrk and power up unit.
It will broadcast to the network and in wireshark you can see its IP Address.
Set up your network on the PC in the same subnet and install DeltaServer.
Setup Deltaserver to connect to the IPOffice, it will pull a config.
Open the config in Manager offline and use a password revealer to see what the password of the unit is.
I don't write a extensive howto but if you do some puzzling and googleing you must be able to succeed accessing the unit.

You don't even need a crossover, the ports will snese and adjust on the IP Office, I always use a straight cable :)

If You want to learn about IP office I would get at least a 406v2, this way You can take advanage of low cost SIP trunking!
My recomendation would be an 500v2, You can upgrade to the most current version of IP office, R6.1, without having to buy an extra licence.
The 403/406v1 can only be upgaded to R3.2! They are no longer sold after R4.0 came out. R4.0 and up support SIP trunking.

Thank you very much for all the help . i got into all of them .
dose the ip office 500 work with all the same addon as the 403 as i got a complete system for 2 offices for pennys including (2ds 30) 2atm 16 and a bunch of 4412 would i need to replace that stuff as well to move to the 500v2
