HD 2 Mirroring problems

Hi Guys, I'm just insert a new HD 2 in bay 2 slot, and the HD begin with the mirror proces, i get this following when i insert the redundant status command, everything looks good, but after passing 75% of mirror proces i get the following error that "Source caused rebuild failure."

this is the first redundant status:

Everything was looking good but after 5 minutes i cheked once again and i get this error:

its very finicky we always obrtain 2 identical new drives
take backup clear raid sockets restore backup to 1st drive then rebuild the array

have to have an outage but when 1 drive dies the other is probably not far behind

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

 
Try clearing the HD ids. Remove both drives, power cycle the controller wait until both leds flash, power down, insert drives and power up. Your mirror should complete without error.

I suppose you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just not going to suppose very hard.
