Every time I load CCC reporter I have to go in and restart the key feature server service before I load the reporter. Otherwise it says I have no licenses? any way to fix this permanantly instead of using my .bat file work around? I just want everything to be perfect!

Try re-installing the key server, and after doing so re-run the AvayaFW batch file.
Also, see if it just works for 2 hrs, or so, or if it is only if you close the reporter, and re-open. It seems possibly your licenses are not valid, so the reboot allows access for a few hours maybe before the key server locks you out.

Other option:
Services, key server, recovery, restart the services, this should restart the service if it has an issue. Not ideal, but may help you out, test it.

What version of CCC is it? I know the first version of V5 was awful with Reporting licenses - it's still not perfect but seems to get released better in later versions.

its 5.0.43. When I had 4.0 and ran 3.0 on the PBX I was able to do all kinds of reporting even custom stuff, now its limited to only sending these reports to email addresses. I liked being able to have it automaticly save the reports in a directory on our file server. and no its not a 2 hr thing. if I open CCC reporter then close it, i have to re start the key feature service if I want to get back in. its almost like the license is in use by something. Is it possible Avaya made 5.0+ need a diffrent kind of reporting license so they can make more money? heres another odd thing. in the delta server under the licenses screen there are the following lines.

Report Viewer availible 1 number remaining 1

then at the bottom of the list there is:

Report Viewer availible 0 number remaining 0

Why would there be 2 lines with one saying i have the license and one saying i dont? maybe thats my problem... how do i get rid of that second report viewer line?

whats the batch file do btw... never heard of it.

It is a firewall batch file for opening the windows firewall for the Avaya apps.

the windows firewall is disabled.

OK, then that should not be an issue.

I would however get the batch file, turn the firewall on, run the batch file, and turn the FW back off. WIndows updates, or medling kids(IT GUYS) sometimes can turn the firewall back on, this will eliminate that being an issue.

Reporter is getting it's license info from IP Office not Delta server.

You could check DEP ( Data Execution Prevetion) on the computer
