Hi,

I did try to search for this, but the search function is down.

I want to have a set with two lines on it, say 1001, and 1002.

When a call comes into 1001, I want it to roll over to 1002 after three rings unless it’s answered, or 1001 is forwarded to voice mail.

If the call isn’t answered on 1002 after 3 rings I want to send it to line 1001’s voice mail.

What’s the best way to do this?

Would having these two lines also appear on a second phone set change how it’s done?

Thank you for your time.

Peter.

do a chg on the set, on 1001 change cls to hta fna sfa plus hunt 1002 and fdn 1002.. on 1002 add the same cls marks and use the voice mail answer dn.. if you need the code then we need the station type

John,

Thanks for the reply.

Line 1002 doesn't appear as the main line on any set, it's a secondary line on a couple of sets.

Would this change the programing?

Thank you.

Peter.

I'm having the same issue. I hope someone can help you too. As of now I have been unsuccessful.

you want hunt=voicemail DN and fdn=voicemail DN, make sure LHK is set to the last key you have scr 1002 programmed on.

Make life easier for all of us trying to help, POST the TNB so we can see what your doing.

Thanks again.

Scratch that.

MARP 1002 to a 500 set with SFA FNA HTA, and the hunt to VM pilot number. Then on ext 1001, make sure you have CLS SFA FNA HTA, FDN=1002, HUNT=1002. The 500 set does not need a set attached to it. It is just there for functionality purposes. I just did this on my set and it worked well. Let me know if you don't understand.

Thank you Eddie,

That worked like a charm.

Peter.
