I have an advance tech coming up, while me personally, my level of knowledge is none and his is more on MICS not really BCMs, we use a1 support but they didn't sell this product and wont' give us anymore support.
WE have a BCM400 with a bad drive. My question is, if a bad drive causes failure in voice mail and the remote admin ability. When we replace it with a blank drive and no backup, it’s supposed to just start working again??
Do I need to format and install something on this hardrive before its put into the bcm? I have all the key codes but no software? While, this is a foreign site, we are coming into it with no prior knowledge besides what sprint has left us in the book.
On that note, does anyone know BCM support companys, that will give support for systems they dont' sell.
I was under the impression A1 did that, but it seems not.
