Hard button redial does NOT work

What am i missing, the hard button redial does not work.
I'm using IP office manager 6.1(12) and in the users short codes i have
9 as the code, no telephone number, feature dial, and line group id as 50: [9] which the ARS designated for that user.

Please help.

I can figure out how the space shuttle works but it would take some time

I am sorry to say but without some knowledge you can really f*ck up the system and then the system will be crap (comments posted here a lot)

I do noy say you will not get it working but a lot of specialists here take courses to keep up to date and have knowledge about what they are doing

Lets change it

What about when i ask questions about domains, users and exchange for example

I do know nothing about that but i will get it working at the end
What would your advice be when i would ask questions ?

I would take it the same way some people on here took it. I would think about the problem and offer some advise. This problem was not a huge deal and any thing that was changed in the system and did not result in what i wanted was reverted back and then we went a different route.

I was thrown into this and have learned a great deal by doing what i just did. Most of the IT information i have learned is by trial and error and i also feel you learn better by breaking then fixing. I have knowledge to keep backups of everything just in case i where to do something wrong and i have done plenty wrong in dealing with this system.

My opinion is don't tell someone that is asking a question and trying to learn to i quote "Get some who knows what he is doing". How am i supposed to learn it then? If you don't want to help or can't help then don't post anything.

When i read this you are one of the phew that make backups and think about it
Then i take it back

You are right about trial and error, i like that too
It sounded like a prob lem that was not very common but in the end a simple one
