We have H4000V2 system, which was upgrated from Hicom300. After upgrade do not work one feature – trunk to trunk transfer, which was worked in Hicom300. We tryed change some COS, COT, FEASU, ZAND parameters, but still with no result. How to accomplish this problem?

Thanks!

Yes, we have TTT and NETWKFWD in the COS. We try change, but still with no result?

Have you checked the COS for both the trunks and the stations? There are separate COS settings for each (you set a COS for both stations and trunks, but you can use the same COS number for both). The trunks need to have the feature enabled and the stations need to be allowed to access it.

Also check your NNO in i/c and o/g trunks (TDCSU). Make sure they are the same level, make sure the richt and ldat are also the same level as the trunks and KNDEF.

i.e, node numbers are displayed as either "100" or "1-1-100", but not a mix of both. It will cause you problems.
