Hi,

I recently set up a PRI to PRI network on a couple of CS1K's. When I call across the network ( both ways ) a H is placed in front of the Ext no. on the phone display. I think this is to do with the PRI setup messages. I have similar networks where is doesn't appear and have crossed referenced the programming with no luck.

The systems are in Australia. I have read a couple of answers on the Net but no one gives an exact answer. Any help would be great.

Hi,
on which release is the cs1k running and the protocol on the PRI . if you use MCDN you must enable the Plugin 14
"14 BV70355 MPLR09806 MCDN - ORIG DN IN DISPLAY IS PRECEDED WITH A "H" MCDN
" to remove the "H" in front of your Number .

regards
pronome!

Guys,

The Release of the CS1K is Release 6. The protocol is MCDN.

Exactly how is that enabled?

My understanding is through PDT but I had an error message when I entered the command in PDT. Not sure off the top of my head what that was.

Do these plugins need to be loaded, or are they part of the depenancy list?

A mentioned I have a couple of PRI MCDN Networks on some Option11C's that don't have this issue.

Thanks

Thanks for your help. I will give it a go.

Hi,

First of all, you must check the software Pkg.409 is activated in the system. This is to enable you to do the plugins command..
