I have a combobox in my main with project names to select from. (List is derived from a query of project names)
After a project is selected from the combobox, I'll have a subform that'll pop up displaying that record. I have the query built so that...

Project Name = [Forms]![frm_Main]![combobox]

But the subform comes up blank, with no records what so ever.
When run the subform's main form off of that combobox, it works fine.

Any Advice?
Thanks!

Hi

You use the words "subform" and "pop up"

Sub forms do not 'pop up' they are contained within sub form controls within a main form

do you meed Me.MySubFormControl.requery in the after update event of the combo box ? where MySubFormControl is the name of the control in your application

Website needs upgrading, but for now - UK

I understand subforms don't 'pop up', they just unhide, sorry for the confusion

But the requery worked, thank you
