good dBASE help sites? / How stable is 7.0?

I am looking for some good websites relating to dBASE. I know that Borland sold dBASE and I was wondering where there are still good sites for it. I was also wondering what people recommend to go from 16 bit 5.5 to ? delphi ? Oracle? dBASE 7 ? <br>

Dbase 7 is adaptable to both oops concepts as well as GUI.

You can very well switch over from dbase III to VDB7. If you have
some knowledge in GUI's and VIsual products it would be much easier too.
