Does anyone have a good cheap call accounting software for a multi-site on IPO R6? I love CallSweet from Datel, but it's not cheap. Any alternatives?

codermonkey - I would take a chance and give it a go, I am even willing to install it for use on my demo system and see how it works.

I was hopeing to hear that. I'm going to put a little work into it, one of the ideas is to prepack it as a VM, so that essentially you just have to fire it up and configure.

I like Chronicall from XIMA Software. Nice interface, easy top use. Not the cheapest, but I think a little less than CallSweet.

I am currently investigating the use of CallSweet from Datel to replace a horrid CCR implimentation. The customer is running two sites both IPO 500. It seems a buinch of you are saying the Datel software is good, just not cheap. I am not too worried about cheap asd I am worried about that there is no trial on the software. SO I am asking if any of you have had good impleimentations with this software on multi site installs of IPO. How have your customers reacted to the software once installed?

We have had some negative reactions to CCR too, it looks nice but doesn't do enough basically...I know how you feel, we put TIM Pro in for them :)

I sell like 3 CallSweet and CallSweet!Live systems a month. They work great! They are even giving me my own system for free to demo and use. I love the product. Just a little expensive for just basic call accounting for 40 users.

compared to CCR with all the agent licenses at multiple sites I am not seeing the product be too expensive ----

Tim Plus for IP office is a great product and it gives unlimited and very attractive custom wallboards.

I tried a lot of products but Tim Plus are the one of the few that give you a trial license. You get to use it and you will not do without. Lots of other features apart from billing.

We just had the IP office R6 installed. Does anybody know how to setup the system to send SMDR messages?

I have been testing the Chronicall call reporting software. It has an excellent cradle to grave feature and some nice reporting. Price mark is decent for basic calll accounting and the supprt is very fast with replies. and they offer a free 14 day trial for download. Software installs in minutes!
