Rather than using the sync software to sync one desk top to a lap top, my IT guy decided to sync via a network in our office. Problem is my assistant cannot read my emails/attachments and I cannot read hers. Found out Goldmine is "pointing" to default files on my lap top's hard drive rather than the new "S" network drive located now on my assistant's desk top computer. My question is, "Is this a supported configuration from FrontRange?" Also, should we proceed to fix Goldmine so it reads the proper drives or should we abort this method of syncing and go with the standard "sync software." We do plan to add more seats and users down the line and don't want to invest in a network if issues will continue to develop down the line. Right now, I have a hard time figuring out where the master database is because some emails are legible due to "bodies of emails missing" and other notices by Goldmine. Advice anyone?
