Golden IPSI failed to UP

Hi Team,

I would like to ask for your help. I have on going project with OWB site in California. My goal is to activate the Golden IPSI located in Port Network 1 (PN1). The PN 1 is shown UP when I checked in Communication Manager, Web interface, but when I checked in ASA thru "list ipserver-interface" command. The Golden IPSI is still in "OUT" status. I already performed "test ipserver-interface 1a" command and I got pass results. I also performed busy/release on the Golden IPSI card, but still I got the same result.

I got this error in the last page when I performed "test ipserver-interface 1a".

- Port: 01A Mtace Name: PKT-INT Test NO.: 888 Result: ABORT Error Code: 1137

Can anyone help me resolve the issue? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Are you setting up a new system? What's the "C.P.E.G." values when you "list ips"? 0.1.1.0?

If it is a new switch, did you enable ipsi control of port networks in "change system-parameters ipserver-interface"? It isn't enabled by default.
