Ok, this is probably a very simeple question but I cant figure it out for the life of me. I have 4.0 and VM pro on a IP500. I want the incoming group (1) to go directly to a VM module. When I put VM:xxxx in the destination spot it makes the # look like a bad # and will not go through. When I put the hunt group extension in there it rings just fine. Also, what would the VM settings be in the manager?

I searched and searched the forums thinking this question would have been asked before but I didnt see anything. I wanted to research as much as I could before posting but this one has me stumped.
 
As the call is getting into VM. is your VM Pro Lic Valid???

Yes it sure is. Ronromano hit the nail on the head, my entry prompt got deleted somehow and that is why it was dropping the calls.
