Ghost in the MICS ???

Customer has a MICS . They say that it is doing strange things, like when you enter a ext. it goes to a different ext. ? I said that system is old !!! It has been in use since I have been supporting it, which is at least 12 yrs. Should I try a system power down ? or reseat cards ? Anyone have any Ideas ????

If your talking internal and not AA then Backup and reboot.
What software version is it?

Hi Curlycord, It is AA , when you call from outside in. I believe it is a 6.1 ? Have you headr of this before ?

There were know dtmf recognition issues with certain software releases. Upgrading to 3.1 should fix the problem.
