Our company has 3 external lines and 4-digit DNs for the extensions. Reception has a phone which is DN 2111. I've gone through the maze of menus trying to get her phone to ring before the AA picks up. AA is set to pick up after 3 rings, and it indeed picks up after 3 rings but before that time, all the phones flash the red LED but none of them ring.
Ultimately I just want the 2111 extension to ring 3 times before the Auto Attendant picks up... what would be my easiest way of going about this? All my searching and experimentation has so far been in vain.
